“Spiderhead” was made for promos — Chris Hemsworth! Miles Teller! The director of “Top Gun: Maverick!” The writers of “Deadpool!” — without adding up to much of a movie. Produced for Netflix, it’s another sci-fi concept set about 10 minutes in the future, although its techno-babble about manipulating the brain doesn’t help in selling what’s on screen.
