‘Uncoupled’ features Neil Patrick Harris in show with ‘Sex and the City’ vibes

Mostly, the Netflix comedy serves as a vehicle for Neil Patrick Harris as the suddenly single protagonist, while feeling too tired to forge much of a love connection.
